1- That I have purchased a Vehicle i.e. ____ bearing its Registration No.____, Chassis No. ____ and Engine No. ____ Model ____ from ____ son of ____, R/o ____, 



2- That I have paid the full and final sale consideration of the above said vehicle to the said seller.

3- That I have received the physical possession/delivery of the said vehicle from the said purchase on today i.e. on ____ at AM/PM and as well have received the original documents and R.C.

4- That I shall get the said vehicle transferred in my name as soon as possible and shall bear all the expenses incidental thereto 

5- That I am responsible for the challan/accident and any other cases from today onwards and the said seller shall be fully responsible for tax, challan , accident, any court cases prior to ____
